The Board of Directors is proud to announce that the company Corestone Alternative Energy Solutions will be dissolved and all its assets and employees transferred to a new company called Trinity Power.
This decision was not made easily, but numerous recent events have prompted us to leave tragedy in the past and move on to a new future under new leadership. We remain committed to the principles of clean energy that propelled CAES, as well as the Thue-Morse Alternative Energy Company. This isn't the first time the company has radically changed, after all, but we feel Trinity Power will stand the test of time.
